Delete your account

Cinelet

In the app: open Library › Account › Delete my account and data, then confirm. Your account, your likes, saves and your whole film history are deleted from our servers straight away.

Without the app: email nora@xranks.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Guest accounts (never signed in) hold no name or email. Delete one in the app the same way, or simply uninstall the app: the guest account can no longer be used and holds nothing that identifies you.

What's deleted: your profile (name, email, photo address), every like, pass, save and watch record, and your sign-in tokens. What's kept: nothing linked to you; only short-lived server logs, which expire on their own.

You can also remove Cinelet's access to your Google account in your Google security settings.
