Terms of use
Cinelet · last updated 2026-10-03
By using Cinelet you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.
The service
Cinelet is a free guide to short films that their makers publish on YouTube and Vimeo. Films play in YouTube's and Vimeo's own players; we don't host, copy or sell them. Films can disappear at any time if their owners remove them.
YouTube and Vimeo
Watching YouTube films in Cinelet means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (and the Google Privacy Policy). Vimeo films are covered by Vimeo's terms.
Your account
You can use Cinelet as a guest, or sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure. Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to break it, nothing illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Filmmakers and rights holders
If a film shown in Cinelet is yours and you'd like it removed, email nora@xranks.com with the film's link. We remove it within 7 days. We also remove any film its owner deletes or stops allowing on other sites.
No warranty
Cinelet is provided as it is. Recommendations are suggestions, and we can't promise any film will be available or suitable for you. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Contact: nora@xranks.com.
