Babai
Directed by Kavita Datir, Amit Sonawane · 2014
At 81, Babai still hauls 250-300 kg loads on her handcart every day. The film follows her gruelling routine and lets her share her strikingly optimistic outlook on life.
An unforgettable portrait of an 81-year-old woman whose strength and good cheer put everyday complaints into perspective.
