Short film about a breathtaking poker game

Directed by Max Breuer, Matthias Kreter · Starring Hanna Gandor, Markus Gläser, Johanna Hanke, Antonio Lallo · 2019

At an elegant gathering of whiskey, cigars and cards, wealthy players gamble not for money or status but for the very air they breathe.

A sleek, suspenseful allegory that turns a poker night into a fight over the planet's most basic resource.

Whiskey, cigars and rich food paired with playing cards. The obvious frame of a stylish and comfortably get-together. However in this case the attendees do not play for fun and their standing but for their own life.
