Cervus Rostratus: The Beaked Deer

A mock nature documentary presents the fossil of an invented prehistoric animal, the beaked deer, and then uses visual effects to bring it back to life in its ancient forest.

A convincing fake wildlife documentary that invents a strange creature and makes you half-believe it once roamed the earth.

The debut episode of a fictional documentary series on unique prehistoric creatures introduces the Cervus Rostratus, Latin for "Beaked Deer."
