Chasing Shadows
Directed by Armin Siljkovic · Starring Jose Rosete · 2012
A moody noir short shot over two nights in downtown Los Angeles, following a man caught in the shadows of the city.
A stylish homage to classic noir lighting and composition, packed with an impressive number of setups.
This is one of my earliest works, a noir short film called Chasing Shadows. I was trying out different film noir elements -- lighting, composition, mood etc.
