Danielle

Directed by Anthony Cerniello · Starring Danielle Steckler · 2013

Built from photographs of family members, a single face slowly ages from childhood to old age before your eyes.

A mesmerising, widely shared digital portrait that makes you feel the passage of a whole lifetime.

I attempted to create a person in order to emulate the aging process. The idea was that something is happening but you can't see it but you can feel it, like aging itself.
