An animator brings to life, word for word, a furious email from a client demanding he take their video off Vimeo.

Every freelancer's nightmare client, animated verbatim from a real email, for maximum cathartic laughs.

A few years ago a client got angry when I said I wouldn't take the video off Vimeo - solely because they were very aggressive about the situation, without discussing terms upfront.
