Freedom for Liberland!

Directed by David Freid · 2016

Czech activist Vít Jedlička claims an unclaimed strip of land on the Danube and declares it Liberland, a libertarian utopia that Croatia is not keen to recognise.

A wry, fascinating look at what happens when someone simply tries to start their own country.

Sometimes it's easier to start your own country than to change the one you're in.
