淡水　FreshWater

On a late-night train, a young man dozes. At a station a giant carp swims in, and the carriage turns into a nighttime aquarium where freshwater creatures appear and vanish.

An early, dreamlike work by Oscar-nominated animator Koji Yamamura, made with silver-leaf cut-outs on a multiplane stand.
