MAN IN VAN

Directed by Sean Dunne · Starring Jimmy Tarangelo · 2009

Jimmy Tarangelo refuses to pay rent but won't leave Manhattan, so he lives in a van by the river and speaks his mind about it.

An unfiltered portrait of a defiant New Yorker who found his own way to beat Manhattan rents.

Jimmy Tarangelo is an effing badass. He doesn't like paying rent, but he does like living in Manhattan. So what does he do? He lives in a van down by the river, literally.
