MOTHERLAND

Directed by Hannes Appell, Krystof Zlatnik · Starring Nawid Abri, Moritz Gaa, Ulrich Günther, Bernhard Linke · 2012

In a stylized totalitarian world modeled on 1920s-30s propaganda art, a young girl may be all it takes to spark a revolution against the all-nurturing Motherland.

Classic propaganda imagery turned inside out in striking real-time 3D, revealing the terror beneath.

In a totalitarian propaganda world ruled from above, a girl can be all it takes to spark off a revolution and challenge the MOTHERLAND.
