My Gal, Rosemarie
Directed by Jason Tippet · 2014
Ray spends his days gathering cans for cash so he can treat his wife Rosemarie to a burger on her 90th birthday, in a tender portrait of love outlasting hardship.
A tiny, generous story about contentment, where a burger for a 90th birthday becomes a grand romantic gesture.
Most things don’t work out in life, and that’s ok. Contentment and love in the face of failure and disappointment as Ray gathers cans for cash to treat his wife Rosemarie to a burger for her 90th birthday.
