Proxy

Directed by Sophia Banks · Starring Emma Booth, Erika Christensen, Marcus Coloma, Shaw Jones · 2020

In a world where human 'proxies' can be rented to play anyone, a service built on fantasy blurs the lines between clients and the people who escape into these roles.

A quietly unsettling near-future idea about renting people to fill emotional gaps.

"Proxies" can be rented to anyone. They can be anyone. It's the ideal service for someone who wants to live their fantasy and an ideal job for someone who wants to escape their reality.
