RURAL RUNNERS.

Directed by Forest Woodward · Starring Chloe Maxmin, Canyon Woodward · 2022

Climate activist Chloe Maxmin runs for Maine's state senate in a rural red district while her campaign manager, Canyon Woodward, pushes himself as an ultra-distance runner.

An uplifting look at door-to-door politics and endurance running that finds common ground in a divided country.

In 2020, Chloe Maxmin, a 28-year-old climate activist, became the youngest woman elected to the state senate in Maine history. Chloe and her campaign manager, Canyon Woodward, rewrote the strategy for progressive success
