Satan's Bite

Shot on a single Super 8 cartridge with in-camera edits, a wordless folk-horror vignette in which villagers meet a strange beast in the English countryside.

Folk horror made the hard way: one reel of Super 8, no post-production, pure atmosphere.

Made for straight 8's 2018 competition on one cartridge of super 8mm film with only in-camera edits and no post-production. Premiered on may 14th 2018 at straight 8's Cannes film festival screening.
