SIRI MIRI

Directed by Luay Awwad · Starring Ramiz Lolas, Ameer Qadi · 2021

Two bored Palestinian teens in the occupied West Bank ask Siri for help escaping their routine, with predictably unhelpful results.

A sharp, funny satire where a useless AI assistant exposes the absurd limits of life under occupation.

Siri Miri is an award-winning Palestinian short film set in the occupied West Bank that satirically captures the life of Palestinian youth living in a technological age and no-so-helpful AI assistants. Sick of their rout
