Small People with Hats
Directed by Sarina Nihei · 2014
In a strange society live small people who wear hats, in this surreal and slightly sinister animated vignette.
A deadpan, uncanny animation that turns a simple premise into a strange social allegory.
There are small people wearing hats in the society.
