Smoga
Directed by Ninian Doff · Starring Laura Barton, Cecilia Fage, Kate Malyon, Bethany Thompson · 2012
A badly dubbed vintage fitness tape introduces an exercise regime that combines yoga with smoking.
A deadpan spoof of retro fitness videos that's funny precisely because it's so wrong.
"Everyone knows yoga is good for you. Everyone knows smoking is good for you. But do you know how to get the most of out of both these lifestyle choices?... SMOGA!"
