From the director of Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives
Directed by Apichatpong Weerasethakul · 2006
A short cinematic ritual in which an older woman blesses the cinema and the feature about to be screened, Thailand's anthem reimagined for film.
Apichatpong Weerasethakul's gentle, mystical blessing for cinema itself.
TECHNO MYSTIC uses YouTube as a spirit medium, bringing together seven artist-made films and videos that explore the incongruous co-existence of mysterious phenomena and modern technologies.
