The Brain Hack

Directed by Joseph White · Starring Alexander Owen, Edward Franklin · 2015

A computer science student fascinated by neurotheology teams up with a film student to make a movie that triggers visions of God, drawing the dangerous attention of a militant religious sect.

A brainy, provocative premise: two students engineer a film that makes viewers see God, and zealots want them stopped.

A computer science major interested in neurotheology joins with a film major to construct a film that induces hallucinogenic visions of God, and in doing so become the targets of a militant religious sect.
