The Drowned

Inspired by the Swedish ghost tale of Strandvaskaren, something rises from a cold lake's shore.

A micro-budget, folklore-tinged ghost story shot in hours on a freezing Swedish lakeshore.

A short horror film somewhat inspired by the old Swedish ghost story "Strandvaskaren". Shot and edited in about 10 hours. I have wanted to do some water-based horror ever since we made the Lovecraft inspired short films
