THE IMOM
Directed by Ariel Martin · Starring Matilda Brown, Marta Dusseldorp, Karl Beattie, India Rose Aree Nampetch · 2014
A robotic 'iMom' takes over the care of children, raising the question of what a family gains, and loses, when parenting is handed to a machine.
A sharp Australian spin on the robot-nanny premise that turns gadget-age convenience into a pointed question about parenthood.
A robot cares for children.
