The North Wind and the Sun: A Fable by Aesop

Directed by Les Drew, Rhoda Leyer · Starring Rhoda Leyer · 1972

In Aesop's fable, the cold North Wind and the warm Sun compete to see who can make a traveller take off his coat.

A brief, elegant animated fable showing that gentleness wins where force fails.

This short animated film illustrates the fable in which the warm sun proves to the cold wind that persuasion is better than force when it comes to making a man remove his coat.
