The Runt
Directed by Andreas Hykade · Starring Domenic Redl, Gerd Anthoff · 2006
A boy's uncle hands him a runt rabbit on one condition: he must care for it, then kill it within a year.
A multi-award-winning animation that turns a simple pet story into a stark reckoning with growing up.
"Alright, I give you the Runt. But you take care of it, and you kill it in one year" said my uncle.
