the Scared is scared

Directed by Bianca Giaever · Starring Asa Baker-Rouse, John Cheesman, Nicholas Hemerling · 2013

A filmmaker asks a six-year-old what her next film should be about, then faithfully brings his rambling, wonderfully strange story to life.

A child's unfiltered imagination, lovingly staged with homemade charm, turns into something unexpectedly moving.

I asked a six year old what my movie should be about, and this is what he told me.
