The Sugarcane Man
Directed by Leroy Le Roux, Tina Obo · 2020
A village boy chases a sly dog that stole his kalimba into a sugarcane field, where a mysterious figure offers him a bargain.
A fable-like CGI short that uses a dark folk-tale bargain to speak about children robbed of their childhood.
