There's Something in the Water
Directed by Rory Waudby-Tolley · 2019
Animated interviews with locals reveal how an invasive floating fern, Giant Salvinia, threatens Caddo Lake, Texas, and how people are fighting back.
Charming animation turns an environmental crisis into a warm, funny community portrait.
"There's two kinds of lakes in the South: them that's got Giant Salvinia and them that's about to have Giant Salvinia."
