Mourir Auprès de Toi (To Die by Your Side) by Spike Jonze

Directed by Simon Cahn, Spike Jonze · Starring Pierre Le-Tan, Soko, Spike Jonze · 2011

After closing time at Paris's Shakespeare and Company bookshop, the embroidered figures on the book covers come alive, and a lovesick skeleton sets out to win the heart of a girl from another book.

Spike Jonze brings embroidered book covers to life in a tiny, macabre and utterly charming love story.
