Short of the Week
When Day is Done
Directed by Brandon Roots · Starring Noreen Williamson · 2016
Over old 8mm home movies, an elderly woman reflects on a long life shared with her companion and on how quickly it all passes.
Faded home movies and one woman's voice combine into a quietly moving meditation on love and time.
A sojourn into the memories of a life shared—one woman reflects on the brevity of existence, and the irreplaceable joy of companionship.
