Administrators

Directed by Roman Klochkov · 2006

When rabbit Egor's house catches fire in the administrative forest, all he needs is an extinguisher, but every official he turns to sends him somewhere else.

A sharp, darkly funny fable about bureaucracy that anyone who has battled red tape will instantly recognise.
