Frozen Ceiling

Freedivers slip beneath a frozen Canadian lake, exploring the simplicity of a single breath hold and the thoughts that surface when pushing the body to its limits.

Hypnotic under-ice footage meets a meditation on breath, cold and the calm mind under pressure.

If the cameras freeze, they will stop working.
