JOY BOY

Directed by Stef Smith · Starring Alison Bell, Paul Capsis, Eden Falk, Jonny Hawkins · 2018

Jonny, once his mother's flamboyant 'joy boy' and later a rising evangelical leader, revisits his life's turning points while undergoing conversion therapy.

A bold, tonally daring portrait of faith and queerness, co-written by and starring the man who lived it.

A man faces his identity.
