Memory By Design

Directed by Nathan Punwar · Starring Kathleen Kyllo, Helen Lueders, Alexia Rasmussen · 2011

Three young women document their lives with recording devices, and in this wordless experiment those very objects unravel the past and rebuild the present as each rewrites her own memories.

A wordless meditation, selected from NYFF to Slamdance, on how the act of recording reshapes what we remember.
